Great-GardenArt.com is another Tim Herbst creation (see more in the menu under "My Other Websites")- I find myself continually designing and making different metal creations.  Metal yard and garden art is one area of interest to me that has endless potential.  I started making my metal garden flowers about a year ago (in all sizes from 18 inches to 7 feet high) and found them to be a huge success.  Subsequently, I've branched out into butterfly and dragonfly metal yard and garden art as well as metal sun yard art.  All of my yard and garden art is handcrafted and unique.  The colors used are bright and translucent, so you can see the texture of the metal behind them.  This creates a beautiful but everchanging view as the light shifts on a particular piece of garden art.

Will my metal yard and garden art stand up to the elements?

The answer is yes - When I'm done handcrafting and coloring a piece of yard sculpture / art, I have a baked on clear powdercoat applied.  This is the toughest finish available and the same one that is used commercially in many different outdoor applications.  You yard and garden art will last many, many years.

If I see a piece of metal yard sculpture / art that I like but it's not the right size, can I have you build something to my specifications?

Yes, just email me any information I would need to describe the piece of yard art you are envisioning and we'll go from there.  I'll get you an estimate and see if is feasible for you.  If so, I'll give you a timeframe and get your metal yard art made.
